I teach a focusing process called Deep Listening Skills™, which I incorporate into your coaching sessions and into my classes and workshops. Deep Listening Skills™ supports you in moving through feeling stuck, fears, difficult emotions or indecision. This simple practice connects you to the clarity, wisdom and knowing that lies within you.

What You Receive with Private Coaching.

Do you prefer the intimacy, personal focus and immediacy of one-to-one transitions coaching sessions? I work both over the telephone and in person. I offer single sessions and monthly programs.

In a 6 session program, you receive:

• A compassionate, intuitive listener who hears what lies underneath your words. A confidential space to express what is troubling you and what you most deeply want.
